Message In no means am I trying to side with anyone here either, but to sell a product you would need pictures of the car from today or most recent, not 2 months ago or whenever.

If the car was repainted by a professional it should show no signs of imperfections, fading or any thing of the sort, unless its a Maaco job. A new paint job would not be classified as "doesn't look that bad". Why spend $2000+ for a crap paint job?

Unfortunately the buyer lives in a different state, unless the seller was being honest and reports all the flaws on the car, there is no way for the buyer to know prior hand that he's bidding on something he doesn't want.

Its sorta like when you bid on a Ferrari and you see the car in person you get a Fiero kit car because the seller kindly left that out.
